- As a vacation planner, you are responsible for, but not limited to, coordinating travel details, taking all client requests into consideration, researching the best vacation packages to fit your clients needs/wants, contacting your client to detail the quote, confirming the agreed upon vacation price, and entering payment information.
- No experience necessary! Training is provided.
- Responsibilities:
- Collecting all traveler information
- Follow security procedures to ensure client’s information remains secure
- Process deposits and payments
- Verify spelling of all names and addresses involved
- Ensure credit card authorization form is signed and returned in a timely manner, prior to releasing the client’s travel documents
- Keep updated client contact information
- Participate in ongoing company and vendor trainings
- Stay up to date on the latest travel restrictions
- Requirements:
- Must be atleast 18 years old
- Must reside in the United States
- Must have smart phone or laptop/computer with reliable internet or Wi-Fi access
- Must be willing to learn and be coachable
- Must be comfortable working with minimal supervision
- Must have good communication skills
- Must have positive attitude
- Travel experience (not required, but is a plus!)
